NOTES: Here's a great black and white documentary of a punk night club called the Cuckoo's Nest, which hosted many great bands during the early 80s. It features live performances from TSOL, Black Flag, and Circle Jerks, and interviews with Fear, Black Flag, Pat Brown, Jack Grisham, Mike Roach, Casey Rower, and Jerry Roach. This was released on VHS, but is now long out of print.
